Mark-Off and Mark-Off Plus is naturally derived using this new remarkable technology. This new and advance technology offers the very first environmentally safe graffiti cleaners in the history of paint strippers, multi-purpose cleaners. Compared to traditional graffiti paint strippers that are formulated from caustic or chlorinated materials that are extremely hazardous, corrosive, toxic, flammable and have serious complications towards worker safety and negative impacts to the environment Hydra-Tone Chemicals’ Mark-Off and Mark-Off Plus graffiti cleaners, multi-purpose cleaners are safe, non-corrosive, non-hazardous, non-flammable, environmentally Green friendly and are completely 100% biodegradable.

This technology is naturally derive and organic. While Mark-Off removes non-urethane paints, Mark-Off Plus removes urethane paints. Both products are used on hard and non-hard surfaces (brick, masonry, cinder block, marble, terrazzo, tile, linoleum, wood, metal surfaces, painted surfaces, glass, playground systems and other surfaces). Both products totally dissolve permanent magic marker, inks, dyes, finger nail polish, shoe polish, crayon, oil, grease, tar, asphalt, creosol, chewing gum, glues, adhesives, rubber tire marks, highway stripping, water stains, red clay stains and many other soil deposits.

Both Mark-Off and Mark-Off Plus have been introduced globally and are presently being used by Cities, Municipalities, Federal and State Agency’s, Public Works, National and State Parks and Recreational facilities, National Monuments, Schools, College’s, Universities, Cemetery’s, Amusement Parks, Aviation Industry, Transportation Industry, Automotive Industry, Railroad Industry, Real Estate Industry, Resorts, Golf Courses, National Sports Associations, and many other industrial, commercial and institutional industries.

The EPA recently completed an evaluation of Graff-Off, now called Mark-Off, as a metal parts cleaner and concluded that Graff-Off / Mark-OFF cleaned as good as 1,1,1 trichloroethylene and your normal hazardous, caustic cleaners normally used in the metal degreasing industry

Mark-Off and Mark-Off Plus is a liquid ready to use graffiti and multi purpose cleaner designed to remove graffiti from all surfaces. This unique solvent technology is formulated with natural bi-products, which are completely biodegradable and safe to use. Mark-Off and Mark-Off Plus is a non-corrosive, non-hazardous, non-flammable, environmentally GREEN friendly product for commercial, industrial, and other applications.

Before Applying Mark-Off Rinsing After

Mark-Off and Mark-Off Plus should be sprayed directly on graffiti and allowed to penetrate for several minutes. Depending on the hard surface and porous conditions, acceleration may require brushing or mechanical force. The dissolved graffiti is easy to remove from the surface followed by a water rinse. Mechanical pressure washers or hand held manual Hudson sprayers are ideal for a complete rinse. Coverage: 1 gallon per 100 square feet.

Mark-Off and Mark-Off Plus is naturally derived, environmentally friendly, low toxicity, low V.O.C. (volatile organic compounds) and is completely biodegradable. It contains no hazardous solvents normally found in paint stripping compounds.

Mark-Off is effective on all commercial aerosol coverage paints except urethane base paints.

Mark-Off Plus is effective on all commercial aerosol paints including urethane paints.

Mark-Off and Mark-Off Plus is used by major Railroads, Railroad Car Leasing Company’s and Contract Repair Shops in the Railroad Industry.
